Found an adult bird and I think that it's in shock, what should I do?

My dog came in and dropped an adult blackbird at my feet. It doesn't look like she has hurt the bird as it is moving slightly but it doesn't want to fly away, It seems to have a mate as another blackbird was divebombing my dog. I've put it in a bowl with an unscented cloth inside of it and put it outside but am unsure of what to do. Please help me. :'(
