Whats the easiest way to get attack dogs in black ops and improve your k/d ratio?

Hello. So.. Im a sniper. My combat record shows K/D Ratio: 1.53 Favorite Weapon: L96A1. I am third prestige and have gotten dogs 24 times. But its hard and i want to get them easier. My sniping class is L96A1 Extended Mag. Python Speed Reloader. Ghost. Scout. Ninja. Motion Sensor. Concussion. Tomahawk. Look sensitivity: 8. My assault class is M16/Famas Suppressor. Python Speed Reloader. Motion Sensor. Concussion. Semtex. Scavenger. Sleight of Hand. Ninja. Killstreaks are Blackbird, Chopper Gunner, Attack dogs. I usually place my motion sensor and not camp, but stay near it so I can see when an enemy is near. Should i camp? Change my strategy or classes? Run around with marathon and steady aim? I just wanna get the dogs out more often Haha Oh! And I only play Team Deathmatch. Mercenary if im not in a party. Should I play a different game type?
