I work in central london and my blackbird get so hot every single day. so much hot.somtimes i turne the ?

Somtimes i turn the engine off to get cool. Iam afraid about my bike.everyday the hot get near the red .what i do? Iam thinking to attache extra water tank to increase the amount of water i use so it can get more cool? Is this right?
