What is it like to live in Canada?

I really would love to move to Canada..its like Canada is calling me ..if not Canada then Minnesota...im so sick of Manhattan..Brooklyn and i just need different scenery..i have heard some of the kindest people you will ever meet live in Canada ...anyone lives in Canada? if so whats it like..how much does it cost for a one bedroom apartment? are the people friendly and whats your experiences there? thanks for your input:)
